In under 15 minutes you too can create a beautiful dried floral garland. This DIY is so simple, functional and pretty, that we didn’t have to re-invent the wheel. Here’s three of the four steps provided by Michaels:
- Cut seven pieces of satin ribbon, 8″ long. I prefer a burgundy or orange color.
- Tie the ribbon to the dried garland string every 8″-10″ apart.
- Cut the glittered maple leaf stem into sections and lay the garland onto the leaf selection in the middle of a tablescape.
- (edited) Enjoy and share with your friends! Use #MadeWithMichaels and of course, #WoodyThings so that we can see what you guys are up to 😉
This quick DIY is sure to help you decorate your home for the upcoming holidays. Whether you’re hosting a dinner or simply wish to change the look of your home, I like this DIY because you can easily alter it and make it unique to your own taste.
Stay tuned, next week we’re sharing our very own, and very unique, creation =)
