A few weeks ago we were happy to receive an order to handcraft a rustic, wooden American Flag with some space where patches, challenge coins and other items (like ribbons and metals) to be proudly displayed.
We were happy to oblige as this piece was coming from one veteran to another. We hand-painted each stripe, each measuring approximately 1.5″ wide. In this variation we used felt and cut out the 50 individual stars.
We affixed some mounting hardware in the rear, and personalized the flag display with the Marine’s rank and name.
Shown below is the 13″ x 24″ version. The size of coins determines how many you can fit, but we added three racks (2 long and 1 short) for storing and displaying whatever hardware your veteran wants. =)
Thin Line Options?
We are able to add a Thin Blue Line option, showing support to our law enforcement agents, and a Thin Red Line option in support of our firefighters first responders.
